In order to enhance the company's independent innovation capability, strengthen its competitive advantage, actively promote the transformation of technological innovation achievements into independent intellectual property rights, and improve the ability and level of employees to write patents, our company has organized internal training on patent knowledge.

This training was conducted by Lou Yue, a patent agent from Hefei Tianming Patent Firm. He combined his rich experience in intellectual property agency and consulting to comprehensively and vividly teach everyone about recent changes in patent review policies and response strategies, basic concepts and application strategies of patents, patent infringement determination and avoidance, product patent writing cases, and other knowledge. Professional lectures were given on how inventors can purposefully and effectively explore patent topics, grasp the creativity of patents, determine patent infringement and avoid design, reminding everyone to avoid duplicate applications and be aware of malicious infringement. This training is tailored to the actual needs of R&D personnel, with comprehensive and detailed content.

Secondly, the lecturer will explain the writing skills, response skills, and retrieval skills in the patent application process through practical cases. Finally, everyone asked questions based on the doubts and difficulties encountered in actual patent applications, and the instructors provided detailed answers to the relevant questions.

This patent basic knowledge training has a promoting effect on enhancing the innovation awareness and patent basic knowledge level of all our R&D personnel, laying a foundation for the subsequent recognition of our high-tech enterprise.
