Chen Zhaoyin, General Manager of J-Link Electronics, delivered the opening speech on "New Path of Integration, Common Use, Same Frequency, Synchronous New Development". Subsequently, the attending guests visited the company's production base and testing center, and test drove the Skyworth EV6II model equipped with J-Link Electronics electric drive products, immersing themselves in the entire chain of J-Link Electronics products from research and development to vehicle application.

J-Link Electronics currently has the production capacity to produce 200000 units of electronic control, 100000 sets of electric drive assemblies, and 200000 power modules annually, focusing on the full chain production and supply of silicon carbide power modules, electronic control, and electric drive assemblies. It has also passed certifications such as IATF 16949 quality management system.

In the test drive experience area, the director of J-Link Electronics Testing Center gave a presentation on the performance of the entire vehicle and power system.

The attending guests also personally experienced the actual application effect of J-Link Electronics' products on the Skyworth EV6II model. The product used was J-Link Electronics' self-developed and self-made 800V silicon carbide three in one electric drive assembly (250kW), with a maximum working voltage of 900V and integrated BOOST boost charging function.

This 800V silicon carbide three in one electric drive assembly adopts oil cooled flat wire motor technology and full silicon carbide power devices. The maximum working voltage can reach 900V, and the weight of the 250kW assembly is only 77kg. At the same power level, the lightweight is at the leading level in the industry. At the same time, it integrates BOOST boost charging function, which is perfectly compatible with current 400V and 800V charging piles on the market. Through boost, it achieves high voltage fast charging, and can charge the battery SOC from 30% to 80% in 7 minutes. Assist our customers in achieving industry-leading levels and bring the ultimate charging experience to end consumers.
