The 49th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva kicked off on April 17, 2024, with J-Link Electronics and Anhui University making their debut at the exhibition.

Our Chairman and General Manager, Chen Zhaoyin, led a delegation to participate in this exhibition and exchanged ideas with over 1000 invention projects from 40 countries. Our company's "Coolest Three in One Electric Vehicle Motor Drive" stood out in the "Transportation, Motor Vehicle, Ship, Aviation and Their Accessories" category and won the gold aw ard. This is the only industrial product in the transportation category that has won a gold medal, and it is also the best achievement of Anhui Province's participating enterprises.

This product integrates our company's high-voltage SiC module design, packaging, and water cooling technology, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor flat wire winding and fixed rotor oil cooling technology, as well as three in one system assembly optimization design technology, representing the latest level of China's new energy vehicle electric drive system. After a rigorous evaluation by the judging panel on the innovation, practicality, commercial potential, and design value of the declared product, our project has received unanimous recognition and high praise from the judges and the business community.

The Geneva International Invention Exhibition was founded in 1973 and is the world's longest and largest invention exhibition. It is known for its strict selection and professional standards, and is listed as the top of the "World's Three Major Invention Exhibitions".

The new energy vehicle electric drive system exhibited this time is the latest product developed by our company to meet the needs of wide bandgap semiconductor on-board and new energy vehicle 800V platform construction. The 800V SiC high-voltage electric drive assembly achieved mass production in March 2024, marking the first public bright phase after mass production and delivery.

In the early stage of the invention exhibition application, the company's executives and R&D team conducted multiple rounds of thorough discussions on the application topic. The "800V SiC High Voltage Electric Drive Assembly" product was ultimately selected, with our company's unique advanced thermal management design as the theme. From the aspects of SiC power modules, electronic control, motors, and reducers, we extracted and summarized technological innovations and characteristic highlights, showcasing J-Link Electronics' technical strength in this field to the outside world.

The system consists of three parts: motor, motor controller, and reducer. It adopts our company's integrated thermal management technology, which further improves the efficiency and heat dissipation performance of the electric drive system assembly. During the exhibition, it received extensive attention from European research institutions and transportation experts, and established contacts and in-depth exchanges with numerous international clients, some of which reached cooperation intentions.

Meanwhile, Chairman Chen Zhaoyin emphasized the importance of international cooperation. He stated that China's new energy vehicle industry hopes to cooperate and achieve win-win results with the world, and is willing to share China's scientific and technological achievements with the world to enhance human welfare.

Since its establishment, J-Link Electronics has always adhered to independent research and innovation, focusing on the full stack self-developed, production, and sales of silicon carbide power modules, electronic control, and electric drive assemblies. With strong support and assistance from provincial and municipal departments such as development and reform, industry and information technology, and the government of the Economic Development Zone, the company has developed rapidly and has successively obtained AQG-324 vehicle grade reliability certification and national high-tech enterprise certification for silicon carbide power modules. It has the production capacity to produce 200000 power modules, 200000 electronic controls, and 100000 sets of electric drive assemblies annually. Through IATF 16949 quality management system certification, the company has achieved large-scale production and delivery of core products such as 800V SiC high-voltage electric drive assemblies.
