On June 19-20, 2024, the 4th Global xEV Drive System Technology and Industry Conference, organized by NE Times, was grandly held in Shanghai. At the same time, the China Excellent Electric Drive Enterprise&Excellent Product Awards Ceremony was also held. J-Link Electronics was invited to attend this exhibition and deliver a keynote speech. Its product, "High Performance 800V SiC Electric Drive Assembly," won the 2024 Electric Drive Technology Innovation Award.

As an invited exhibitor, J-Link Electronics showcased its latest products including HPD full bridge/single-sided water-cooled half bridge SiC power modules, 800V high-voltage motor controllers, and three in one electric drive assemblies to the entire industry, as well as the company's capabilities in product development, validation, and production, fully demonstrating our comprehensive strength in the field of electric drive systems. At the exhibition site, the company's market and technical team had in-depth exchanges with machine manufacturers and upstream and downstream component suppliers from all over the country, and established contacts with multiple customers to reach cooperation intentions.

In this event, our company's self-developed and self-made "High Performance 800V SiC Electric Drive Assembly" was exhibited and participated in the selection for the first time in China since winning the gold medal at the Geneva Invention Exhibition in April this year. After a comprehensive evaluation by the expert review panel, our company's "High Performance 800V SiC Electric Drive Assembly" has won the 2024 Electric Drive Technology Innovation Award for its technological innovation and leadership in high lightweight level, deep integration of BOOST boost charging function, excellent system comprehensive heat dissipation performance, and high-power cycle life far exceeding standard requirements, in terms of meeting future long-term development trends, significant breakthroughs in key technical fields, obvious advantages in key technical indicators, and practical effects brought by technological innovation points.

At the Electronic Control Innovation Technology Forum of this event, our product director He Jing delivered a keynote speech entitled "Research and Application of Key Technologies for SiC Power Modules", which deeply analyzed the current key technologies of SiC power modules and their technical difficulties and solutions in high-voltage applications. He also shared our company's latest research achievements and innovative practices in SiC power module applications.
