Since being officially designated as a Skyworth vehicle project in July 2023, J-Link Electronics has fully leveraged its leading advantages in the field of new energy vehicle electric drive systems and efficiently collaborated with Skyworth's automotive team to deliver the first 800V high-voltage three in one electric drive system A sample on August 15 of that year, setting a benchmark development speed in the industry. After rigorous testing and production line debugging, the project will officially enter the mass production and delivery stage in March 2024, fully ensuring the launch process of the Skyworth EV6 II model. The 'rapid response and deep customization' capabilities demonstrated by both parties in collaborative development have set an example for the industry in the coordinated development of technology upgrading and mass production delivery.

As the exclusive supplier of the three in one electric drive system for the Skyworth EV6 II model, J-Link Electronics innovatively adopts a full range 800V high-voltage architecture and deep integration technology, demonstrating excellent performance in core indicators such as power density, energy efficiency conversion, and system reliability. This 800V silicon carbide three in one electric drive assembly adopts oil cooled flat wire motor technology and full SiC power devices. The maximum working voltage can reach 900V, and the weight of the 250kW assembly is only 74kg. At the same power level, the lightweight is at the leading level in the industry. At the same time, the platform integrates BOOST boost charging function, which is perfectly compatible with current 400V and 800V charging piles on the market. Through boost, high-voltage fast charging can be achieved, and the battery SOC can be charged from 30% to 80% in 7 minutes, bringing the ultimate charging experience to end consumers.
