In March 2024, the independently developed SiC power module (model JLBH800N120SAM) by Hefei J-Link Automotive Electronics Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "J-Link Electronics") successfully passed the AQG-324 vehicle grade power module reliability testing certification, and Guangdian Metrology provided the AQG324 vehicle grade reliability testing service plan.

The AQG-324 testing and certification content includes four parts: module testing, module characteristic testing, environmental testing, and life testing, covering multiple key testing projects. Each project conducts strict testing and evaluation for different aspects of the power module to ensure that the power module can work stably and efficiently under various extreme conditions, meeting the high standard requirements of vehicle specifications.
Previously, Radio and Television Metrology issued AQG-324 certification to multiple enterprises, which has been widely recognized in the industry. After two months of rigorous testing, the JLBH800N120SAM power module independently developed and designed by J-Link Electronics has successfully passed the AQG-324 automotive grade power module reliability testing certification, becoming a leading automotive grade HPD single-sided water-cooled SiC power module product in the industry. The passing of this test certification not only proves the excellent reliability and stability of J-Link Electronics' products, but also makes it one of the few integrated companies in the industry with the ability to develop, design, test, verify, produce, and sell products ranging from SiC power modules to 800V high-voltage electronic control and electric drive assemblies.
